All orders are sent either via United Postal Service (UPS) or United States Postal Service (USPS). Please contact us directly if you would like express shipping, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Regrettably, our customers cannot ship Matzel Toff! to more than 1 address per transaction. We hope that as we grow we will be able to provide this service in the future.

We want you to love Matzel Toff! and to share it with your friends and family. Please note, Matzel Toff! is handmade, and therefore no two pieces are exactly the same. Some cracking on the surface of the chocolate may occur. If you are dissatisfied, please let us know promptly. While we cannot accept returned product, we will do our very best to make you happy.
